Detailed Explanation of our training package above
Initial FOO Training is training for students as an FOO candidates to gain the competency as a professional FOO. The training duration is 6 months includes: class room, practical and on the job training (OJT), and also familiarization flight. At the end of training, after successfully graduated from the state exam and competency check from DKU PPU, the students will get a License issued by DKU PPU.
Initial CRM/DRM (Cockpit Resource Management / Dispatch Resource Management) Training is training for students as a Pilot, FOO, and FA candidates to accomplish the competency requirements for being a Pilot, FOO, and FA.
The training of Initial CRM/DRM contains about attitude and behavior training for cooperating as personal aviation. The training duration is 30 hours with the concept of Adult Learning Process, the methods are: lecturing, discussion, role play, simulation, and games.
Initial Mandatory Training includes: CRM/DRM, Aviation Security, Dangerous Goods and Wind Shear.
This training has to be given to candidates of pilot, flight attendant and flight operation officer based on the provisions of Departments of Communications.
The training duration is 24 hours for CRM/DRM, 16 hours for Aviation Security, 8 hours for Dangerous Goods, and 8 hours for Windshear (specifically for pilot).
Recurrent Mandatory Training
Recurrent Mandatory Training includes: CRM/DRM, Aviation Security, Dangerous Goods, RVSM and Wind Shear.
This training is a mandatory for pilot, flight attendant and flight operation officer every 12 months as a requirement for renewal license, based on the provisions of Departments of Communications. The training duration is 8 hours for each subject.
Training of Trainer (ToT)
Training Of Trainer (TOT) is training for potential instructors who will teach on aviation scope.
The participants are general/ from public, the training duration is 32 hours with methods: lecturing, discussion, simulation, and micro teaching.
